A few friendly reminders
- You have edit permissions on all scheduled Novo sessions. Change dates if needed, but always update Rocketlane (pretty pretty please!!)
- Krish: after any session is covered or rescheduled, update Rocketlane so the dashboard stays accurate.
- Do not schedule with additional teams (if that’s ok with you :) ).
- The only team we will be scheduling with while I’m away is FounData SPA. They have a deadline of 24 September. They are currently working on establishing their environments and building a release pipeline. If they are ready to start, they need an install review before enablement. All steps are in the dashboard.
- If a team needs rescheduling and Mette is available: she can share the contact list (or check Michal’s calendar from their last meeting). Use case context is in the dashboard. Pick up where they left off. This is unlikely; only if it fits your availability. If this comes up close to my return (1 Sep), please leave it with me.

A few friendly reminders
- You have edit permissions on all sessions. Reschedule as needed if customer priorities shift; keep Michal and Peter in the loop on email threads.
- Elliot: please mark as completed the sessions that were covered in Rocketlane so the dashboard will be updated.
A. X-Sight (Michal)
- They started installing Pendo independently and may be working on unique IDs. Some struggles.
- Michal aligned with PM Michal Rosenthal: customer now knows PS is here to support.
- Technical session (installation / unique ID / Location API): currently scheduled 19 August. May happen on the call or stay in email thread (Elliot and Aldo both CC’d). Confirm with customer the day before.
- Kickoff: early September, not yet scheduled. Purpose: walk them through the proper process since they started without us.
B. DataIQ (Sachin)
- Straightforward enablements expected (I hope!!)
- Monday 17 August: Guides enablement
- Friday 21 August: Analytics enablement
- Ensure they work toward the dashboard use case, not random tagging.

C. ActOne (Shachar)
- Monday 24 August: session with Shachar (tagging follow-up and questions). Aldo and Elliot are both CC’d on the thread.
- Unique IDs and Location API should deploy 19 August. Tagging should be easier after that.
- Show AI tagging if relevant; Shachar expressed interest.

D. AML (Sigal)
- Sigal returns from leave 18 August.
- Unique IDs and Location API should be implemented by then. Hope is tagging is straightforward.
- Sigal should reach out to Elliot if she has tagging questions.
- If tagging is OK, schedule analytics session. If not, support tagging first.

A few friendly reminders
- Krish: update Rocketlane after every session. Dashboard syncs every morning from Rocketlane.
- Apps: push for installation progress. Post a short update (two sentences max) in #IRIS Software - 2026 whenever there is progress, so it is documented.
- Status updates (Krish): please send weekly email updates to the wider IRIS team. Michal starts the thread this week; continue in the same thread. Keep them short. Important given tight timelines and early stage of engagement.

Current focus: The team continues tagging.
Availability
- Merle is out from 21 August until 7 September.
- Assume the weekly sync goes ahead on Monday 17 August, then little will progress until Merle is back.
What happens next
- Merle is planning internal use case discovery with the product team in September (in German).
- Once she has that, we will run a session with her to review and align on the use case.
- They are also planning a session with the chairman in October. Hopefully by then they will have insights to show.
